It should be noted that this time does not include delays due to missing information if the user fails to provide all required details. It also does not include the time taken by third parties, such as other government entities, when the nature of the transaction requires their involvement. Users must also comply with the terms and requirements of each service as outlined in the service guides, regulations, and rules for each activity.
